Position – OPENING-KSB TECH-SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Description
- Technical editing of service related content for the global KSB SupremeServ Team with 2000+ users in service.
- Edit training films and preparing pump inspection report templates for our global service team.
- Support tasks related to content management ( training files, documents, Video Clips, Drawing etc.) for upcoming SupremeServ Intranet.
- Support for creating documentation of service products, procedures, tools etc.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders, to ensure completeness and correctness of given task in time.
Education/Qualification and experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Graduate in Computer Science with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Exposure to pump industry & technical documentation shall be preferred.
