Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Vehicle level validation of Driveline systems -Manual Transmission, Axles, Clutch, 4X4 , AT, AMT validation at vehicle level on proving grounds, RWUP
- DVP preparation, Test planning,Test case preparation,
- Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution.
- Test driving
- Subjective assessment of Driveline systems, degradation assessment
- Driveline system test execution – Performance, capacility, RWUP, etc
- Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure
- Result analysis & Reporting
- Development of new test procedures and SOP’s
- Field failure analysis & PDCA cycle development.
Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Industry Preferred – Automotive OEM
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech – Mechanical/Automobile

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Monitoring of Field failures related to Transmission aggregate.
- Responsible for reducing Repairs Per Hundred (RPH) and warranty cost.
- Analysis of field complaints and providing solutions as fast as possible.
- Field visits for onsite analysis and understanding applications / Usage.
- Providing field fix solutions.
- Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new products.
- Ensuring sustenance of actions taken and Improving response time.
- Systematic approach of problem solving using some of the advanced problem solving tools.
- Co-ordination with other functions such as Customer care, CDMM, PDRDS and Manufacturing for faster implementation of solution
Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile
General Experience
- 3-5 Years, exp in Field Quality preferred
