Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Tracking of daily dispatches ( Tractors )

• Understanding the Logistics Processes in detail and carry out improvements as expected from time to time.
• Collaborative working with MLL for ensuring / Streamlining Logistics Processes
• Drive efficiencies in terms of Quality, Cost, and delivery parameters
• Act as an analyst: prepare MIS, conduct analysis, and take projects for Logistics improvements
• Project management for Cost saving projects and transit damage reduction projects
• Day to day operations issue resolution with MLL / Transporters
• Validation of freight proposals
• Study the Custody Transfer and Stockyard RPH reports for driving a substantial reduction in the Outbound Transportation defects

Qualification

• Min 3-5 years
• B. Tech (Mechanical) /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Graduate in any other stream with specialized Diploma in Logistics Operations.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant Work Experience
• B E (Mechanical / Production / Automobile)

Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Plan and execute the Transmission & Driveline NVH requirements to meet the program Targets.
2. Schedule and execute the NVH Development work for Plan transmission, clutch, and Driveline.
3. Benchmarking, Target setting, and Front loading contenting inputs for New vehicle projects from transmission & Driveline NVH aspect.
4. Actively work with Design Team for Driveline NVH requirement aspect and Ensure the implementation of NVH measures for Driveline Induced NVH annoyances eliminations during Product development.

General Competencies

1. In-depth knowledge of Clutch, Transmission, and Driveline Induced NVH issues and NVH measures to contain the same
2. Working knowledge about NVH Testing and spectrum analysis for the diagnostics aspect.\
3. Know-how about the NVH test software’s, hardware’s, transducer, and vehicle Basic NVH knowledge
4. Hands-on experience in Technical Documentation
5. Knowledge about target setting for Transmission and Driveline NVH
6. Working experience in NVH tools and techniques for Diagnostics

Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job

1. Hands-on experience in LMS test Lab, Muller BBM, Rotec NVH system
2. In-depth knowledge of Automotive systems especially Vehicle & Powertrain NVH
3. Basic knowledge of NVH Transducers, Hardware’s and software’s
4. Knowledge of Driveline Torsional analysis and Order analysis
5. Understanding and Knowledge of Gear rattle and Gear whine and NVH measures
6. Knowledge of ODS and TPA
7. Experience in Modal analysis and Driveline Modal frequencies
8. Knowledge of Judder, Boom reduction measures
9. Ability to perform SMF & DMF NVH optimizations
10. Knowledge of Transmission and Driveline Manufacturing Process

1. GATE Score > 90%
2. Prefer MTech from IIT
