Job description
- BE/ BTech & MBA with 3-5 Years relevant experience.
- As part of the Industrial and Retail commercial function for the business to help stabilize the sales for the established products and develop channels for increasing sales of those products.
- The graphene Industrial Retail has been envisioned in for deploying graphene products across segments of coatings, other retail products.
- The stated objective of the Industrial Retail vertical is to be able to streamline the price points and sell our products to be able to deliver a value of Rs 500 Crs by FY 2023
Responsibilities
- Implement sales objectives by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual planned sales goals
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping in mind supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Meet existing customers to generate inquiry and service their requirements.
- Meet potential customers and develop them as regular buyers of our products.
- Track sales goals, preparing MIS, and report results on an ongoing basis.
- Visit the manufacturing unit as necessary to gain technical knowledge, understand production cycle, inventory control, delivery schedules, testing processes, new product development for effective management of sales and service delivery to the customers.
- Attend customer service issues and requirements and deliver prompt actions to minimize customer discontent and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Generation of Communication Collaterals ( brochures, videos, customer testimonies, etc)
- Experience in M&S, Planning, CSD, Procurement, Mechanical Maintenance
