Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Handling shifts- for monitoring assembly processes with responsibility of quality output/safe working and cost control.
- Inter Department Coordination to achieve desired parameters of PQCDSM.
- Continuous process improvement.To lead a team of 100+ people with excellent interpersonal skills
