Position – Assistant Manager (Contractor Safety Management)

Job description

1. Facilitation in the deployment of CSM standards across the organization.
2. Analyzing the previous year’s gaps and action plan to improve safety star rating of Highrisk service job providers.
3. Training and handholding of identify gaps and help in the preparation of improvement action plans.
4. Managing third party agency auditors to align with TSBSL requirements during the planning and execution of safety assessments.
5. To improve the contractor safety hazard recognition skills of line management through participation in line walks, audits, etc.
6. Tracking through real-time MIS for better implementation of CSM standard.
7. Sharing best practices of vendors with other vendors to motivate for improvement in safety performance. Taking lead in the improvement of Contractor’s performance
8. Knowledge of contractor safety management standards and various applicable legal and other requirements on contractor safety.
9. Candidate having exposure to implementation of contractor safety standard management.

Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical
