Position – Purchase Executive (DTR)

Job Description

  • Vendor Identification Floating enquires to different vendors and making comparative statements.
  • Negotiating with suppliers for quality, cost and deliveries.
  • Negotiating the terms of credit.
  • Cost Comparison statements preparation.
  • Processing purchase requisition, day to day co-ordination with production, Engineering, Quality, and planning.
  • Identification of all requirements in purchase requisition issued by engineering department
  • Ensuring right materials received as per procurement and planning.
  • Developing new vendors as per predefined procedures.
  • Keep a track record of order placed and follow up for the material up to reach in time.
  • Initiate cost savings/reductions by price negotiations & Value Engineering, Identifying and selecting the most cost effective vendor/suppliers base for cost effective procurement
  • Ensure smooth flow of inventory and keep coordination with stores.
  • Preparation of MIS reports in line with the requirements of the dept.
  • Maintaining and Reviewing Records of Bought Items

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Mechanical
  • Should have relevant experience of 5to 8 years in procurement and Market & materials like Steel, Paints, Brass, copper, Transformer parts, etc..
  • Should have knowledge of Procurement Procedures (Domestic & Imports)
  • Should have good Negotiation and Persuasion capabilities
  • Good Communication Skills in Hindi and English.
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Team Leadership Skill
  • Knowledge of Management systems like Q.M.S, E.M.S & OHSAS

Position – ASST MANAGER/ DY MANAGER- STORES

Exp. – 10 to 12 Years
Location – Hyderabad

Job Description

  • To ensure effective management of stores by optimizing inventory management and maintaining appropriate documentations
  • Manage the inward, storage and outward movement of raw material and finished goods and control the inventory levels in the stores.
  • Suggest best practices such as Just-In-Time (JIT) for inventory management
  • Develop procedures to monitor storage, monitor and review inventory status and ensure adherence to production plan.
  • Prepare material shortage list and forward to purchase / procurement; prepare regular stock position reports / MIS and forward to purchase and accounts in order to ensure appropriate Inventory management
  • Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
  • Monitor and confirm calibration of balances / equipment, log records, area cleanliness, storage area and other daily maintenance activities, intimate and follow up with servicing department for repair work, handle audits and resolve queries in order to maintain a clean storage area
  • Prepare accurate documentation related to receipt of material, issuance of material and finished goods
  • Coordinate Stores audit and resolve queries
  • Ensure periodic audits of goods in Stores to prevent leaks or spoilage
  • Ensure adherence to department budget
  • Minimize operating costs and overheads.
