JSL is one of the country’s largest producers of SAW pipes, used in the energy sector for transportation of oil & gas.
Job description
- Business Development (including cold calling, lead generation, vendor approval), handling customer inquiries
- Proficiency in Export Pre & Post- tender work submission Activities, Consulting Services, and Products; Scope of Work (SOW) and monitored proposals presentations
- Close coordination with the Design department, offer/quotation submission, offer feedback/follow-up, order/project discussion, post-offer/order support, coordination for order
- Follow up with International Customers for the payments against the shipments done at L/C, Advance basis.
- Ensuring all the documentation arranged for the shipment complies with the requirements.
- Analysis and summarization of Export data from all major customers on a monthly basis.
- Supply order processing in SAP
- Maintaining MIS data for the shipments, sales & shipments tracking.
- Follow-up/co-ordination with internal department/production team for the delivery of regular order across PAN India
- Candidate must have good command over MS Excel & PowerPoint presentations.
Education – BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech in Mechanical, Civil
