Job description
- Responsible for preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan & build DVP
- Responsible for daily work management of proto vehicle build activities
- Responsible for vehicle build process adeherance
- Responsible for build concern tracking & resolution
- Coordinating with design team , vehicle integration , and internal shops to execute the planned action in projects
- Responsible for build key deleverables as per MPDS guide lines
- Participation in Deign Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to design team by representing build team
- Complete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to testing agency for design validation
- Vehicle build quality evaluation
- Vehicle repair & rework
