About Role: Process Specialist / Junior Manager is responsible to review and validate the transactions/ details where required, i.e. sample of entered data in the system, ensure proper compliance to the operational processes, procedures, checklists, and SOPs as specified in the area of operations.

- Preparation of purchase proposal / note for approval
- POcreation
- POTransmission to vendors
- POamendment
- Work as an individual contributor in various sub processes and provide guidance to team members (Processors).
- Must possess good understanding of businessprocessto guide.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and service levels of the team.
- Working / managing Experience of SAP-ARIBA tool in Procurementprocess.
