Job description

Research and/or identify new, industry-leading inventory management processes.
Perform inventory management simulations for Logistics Division clients.
Provide expert consulting on inventory management concepts for Logistics Division clients.
Develop and execute inventory management training for Logistics Division staff.
Work with Logistics Division Information Services in definition, design, development, installation, and use of inventory management systems.
Develop inventory management visions and strategies for Logistics Division clients.
Keep abreast of inventory management developments in the industry by benchmarking other Companies.
The incumbent provides guidance to Logistics Division (LD) consultants, project leaders, general managers, client operations managers, and a variety of middle, upper, and executive-level client management on inventory, customer service, and supply chain management strategies.

Bachelor or an equivalent degree in engineering/technology (Industrial Production / Mechanical)
Strong Service Parts, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing background with a broad understanding of industry processes and business model.
A high degree of knowledge in the areas of Global Purchasing, service parts distribution, inventory management, inventory control, supply chain analytics, and dealer networks is highly desired.
Minimum of total work experience in the range of 12-15 years, with 8-10 years of leadership experience
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills are required to develop a collaborative working relationship with internal and external process partners.
Strong knowledge of statistical and problem-solving tools and have knowledge and experience in the use of 6 Sigma tools and methodology.
