Position – Service Technician

Exp. – 3 to 5 years
Location – Mumbai

Job description

Travel (outstation and local) on short notice to the customer site.
Carry basic tools & spares required at the site.
Respond to customer calls on priority.
Do a basic analysis of the problem and be able to take corrective actions at the site.
Prepare MOM/ Service reports.
Keep records of Service Visits for ISO documentation.
Submit travel expense vouchers on time.
Maintain Spares required for maintenance.
Report major site-related issues to Service Manager or immediate Senior.

A person needs to have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a Service/Maintenance Technician.
Experience in Service/Maintenance of Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Valves & Valve automation, Pumps and Instrumentation items s, etc.
Basic electrical knowledge will be added advantage.
Handling AMC / Comprehensive AMC will be an added advantage.
