Job description

• SCO Warehouse India department is the Main Central warehouse for supplying spares for all Customer service and Project sites in pan India . Our aim is to deliver Spare parts to our stakeholder to operate the Service & project activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of CIM Spares and blade repair materials
• Receipt of V120 Transformers and support for inspection
• Quality Inspection for receipt of CIM and SIOP Spares
• Coordination with Customer Service and Insurance agency for transformer inspection
• Coordinate Customers order according to priority and request date to ensure timely delivery.
• Picking & Checking / Packing and dispatch of CIM and SIOP spares according to customer demand
• Preparation of Delivery Challan, Invoice and E way bill based on pick list
• Dispatch Planning for vehicle movement and coordination with logistics
• Enhancing zero deviation in physical pick up and DC for warehouse plants
• Preservation and maintenance of Main components
• Stock count for all Inventory of CIM and SIOP spares

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
• More than 3 years in Warehousing / Stores, Supply chain & logistics
• Good SAP skills, Spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems

• Good knowledge in Safety Practice & maintain 5S in Warehouse
