Job description
- Monitoring of AHP, ESP operation & Electrical Systems
- Ensure Safe isolation and normalization of equipment
- Ensure implementation Disha process and ISO requirements.
- Monitoring routine changeover of equipment and trial of emergency drives
- Checking of PTW System for system implementation & Healthiness.
- Create/ Review of JSA
- Shall report any near miss/ Unsafe act/ Unsafe condition
- Ensure the compliance of Safety audit/ inspections points/issues in SAP- EHMS
- Actively participating in the Departmental Safety Committee Meetings.
- Adherence to PPE’s as per work requirements – Dept. Staff/ Agency employees
Qualifications
BE / B. Tech. – Mechanical/ Electrical/ EEE (Full time from Recognized university only)
Position – Associate Manager

Job description
- Operate the AHP equipment in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
- Supervision of AHP & ESP operational activities & HCSD system availability and Silo area.
- Ensure 100 % availability of all equipment’s of AHP & ESP area.
- Follow the SOP of all the equipment’s of AHP & ESP side and strict compliance of SOP / IMS / EnMS / 5S System and its procedure.
- Financial – Ensure operation within OPEx for the year.
- Element Owner of OHS-12G (Lockout- Tagout )
- Monitoring & Checking of PTW System of AHP 4, 5, Silo & AWRS area.
- Give the Training, coaching and new technology improvement of concern equipment to subordinates to improve the plant efficiency.
- Follow safety practices strictly.
Qualifications
BE / B. Tech. – Mechanical / Electrical/ EEE (Full time from recognized university only)
