Position – Maintenance Mechanical Engineer For Machine Shop

Job description

• Maintenance plan & Preventive maintenance activity for m/c like VMC, CNC, HMC,
• Attending Regular operation About Utility; like- D.G. set, Compressor, cooling tower.
• Changeover of MSEDCL supply to D.G. set.
• Working with TPM Activity Team also.
• Project work m/c installation & dismantle mechanical work knowledge
• Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of CNC, VMC & HMC m/c.
• Maintenance (B/D, PM) of hyd. m/c.
• Maintenance of AC/DC Motors, (assembly, breakdown, preventive)
• Maintenance & Preventive of AHU and Cooling towers.
• 100% Schedule Adherence for Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for all the Equipment.
• Involve in Activities like DWM (Daily Work Management), 5-S system.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / BE/ ME in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 4-10 years in Machine Shop

Job description

• Leading welding projects.
• Analyzing engineering designs for welding requirements.
• Overseeing a team of Welders.
• Reviewing welding procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Managing welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures to help the manufacturing and welding teams.
• Conducting failure analyses and cause analyses on welding issues.

Qualifications

• Certification/Degree in Welding Engineering or related field. (C Swip,
• Previous experience in Welding Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer.
• Solid leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Computer literate.
