POSITION 1 – Boiler Engineer
Qualification– B.E.Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical Experience 3-10+ years
Certification – Certified “Boiler Operation Engg” as per Indian Boiler Regulation Act.
Profile
- Coal fired FBC/Step,Moving Grate Boiler operations and Maintenance (High Pressure) and Power plant Turbine
- Boiler performance monitoring and improvement and KPI’s
- Experience of Boiler with capacity steam generation in tune of 400-500ton/day
- Steam distribution network and Auxillaries,Knwledge of Coal chemistry
- Water Treatment plant Operations and knowledge of Water chemistry
- Operation and Mainteanence of Utilities
- Monthly MIS,Manpower management
- Experience for Boiler annual legal compliances and audits
- Experience of varoius audits for Food/Beverage industries
- Experience to work in continous process plant (Dairy,Food,Chemcal)
- Leadership and managerial skills
POSITION 2 – Boiler Operator
Qualification*- ITI/NCTVT
Experience – 5+ Years
Certification – Certified “Boiler Attendant” as per the Indian Boiler Regulation Act.

- Documenatation and Daily Logsheets for Boiler Operations

POSITION 3 – Boiler Field Operator Cum Chemist
Qualification – ITI/NCTVT/ B.Sc (Chemistry)

Certification – Certified “2nd class Boiler Attendant” as per Indian Boiler Regulation Act OR B.Sc Chemistry

- Hands on Skilled welder capable for welding of IBR and Non IBR components
- Basic Knowledge of Boiler process and Water treatment plant
- Experience of Boiler annual Maintenance and basic electrical motor msintenance
- Documenatation and Daily Logsheets for Boiler Operations
- Experience of Boiler with capacity steam generation in tune of 400-500ton/day
POSITION 5 – Electrical & instrument Technician
Qualification – ITI/NCTVT (Electrician, Instrument, Electronics)
Experience – 5+ Years
Certification – Certified “Wiremen License”
Profile
- Hands on experience Maintenance of Power Control centre PCC,MCC,PMCC,APFC and 33KV or higher. Power Distribution system,Power synchronisation systems, cable scheduling and fault finding
- Hands on Skill in Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Gensets and elctrical Drives – Motors,Variable Frequency Drives,Cogen Power Grid synchronisation system
- Hands on Skill in Boiler Field Instrumenst trouble shooting and fault finding
- Basic Knowledge of Communication Network,SCADA,HMI,Profibus
- Experience of Boiler Annual Maintenance for Electrical systems and plant lighting systems
- Documentation and Daily Logsheets for Boiler Operations and maintenance (Shift reports)
- Experience of Coal fired Boiler with capacity steam generation in tune of 400-500ton/day
