Job description

To Lead the team both in onsite and offsite on Detailing activities for Gensets & its components
Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements and update progress
Project tracking and monitoring and setting priority based on plans
Ensure Drawing quality met as per the targets and work on process improvements
Timely delivery of projects as per the planned delivery lines
Train team on best practices to improve efficiency
To work with offsite teams on drawing quality improvement and issues resolution

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
8+ years of Overall experience and 3+ years Caterpillar experience
The high degree of familiarity with Caterpillar engineering systems, processes, and standards (EDS, Teamcenter, PRWB, Design Re-use, CREO, etc)
Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
Strong customer focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a global team and internal partners
Should have Strong knowledge of Genset Packaging and its systems
