Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have sound knowledge of Hydraulic Press and Electric Furnace maintenance.Responsible for maintaining the coal stock pile, ensuring coal trucks are unload inside the yard within the timeline.
- MUST ALSO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF TROUBLESHOOTING, MAINTENANCE, PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OF EXTRUDERS AND CUTTING MACHINES AND RE-CYCLING MACHINE OPERATIONS.
- Responsible for preparing and reporting weekly, monthly maintenance reports.
- Ready to work in shift operations.Responsible for maintaining 5s activities in maintenance.
- Responsible for mechanical spares stock taking and record keeping.ITS EFFICIENT RUNNING, MAINTENANCE, BREAK-DOWNS, ETC.
- Responsible for all kind of compliances related to Company Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
- Responsible for performing preventive and periodic maintenance as per plan.
- Responsible to compliance all legal and statutory requirements like Equipment Calibration, Lifting Tools Tackles etc.
- Responsible for mechanical maintenance of equipments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED, CONFIDENT, AND A TEAM PLAYER.
- ITI/ NCTVT / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience minimum of 2 Years
- Preferred candidates from Ambernath and in the vicinity of Ambernath Area
