Position – Transport CopQ Administrator

Job description

Create NCR’s within the transport responsible area
Collect any required documentation and drive and handle transport claim recoveries from transport suppliers
Validate all ECO (Engineering changes) are implemented at within transport
Review inspection reports carried out and take follow-up actions
Review survey reports reports carried out and take follow-up actions
Inspect and report transporter as per work instruction/checklist etc.
Provide continuous improvement activities and ensure the NCR process is functioning
Drive any other initiatives and support any activities being part of the transport CopQ target
Target: ensure Transport CopQ result achievement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical with 5 to 8 years of experience in conducting various internal & external audits for clients (ISO, VDA, Process audits).
Certified ISO Lead auditor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP MM / SAP TM modules
Ability to recognize and capture important details with accuracy & efficiency
Ability to read, interpret & perform audits based on works instruction, procedures and standards
Strong ability and effectively manage stakeholders & clients
Excellent knowledge in MS EXCEL Pivot table, MS POWERPOINT, MS WORD
Strong experience in internal/external audit in ISO, VDA or process audits
Also willing and able to handle in around 50% of working time administrative tasks
