Job description

To track the PR in SAP from the end users
Sourcing right vendors globally for all raw materials, packing and choosing competitive vendors.
GMP process and selection of vendors and audit co-ordination
Good negotiation with vendor for Pricing, Quality, incoterm, delivery TAT etc.,
Releasing the PO as per agreed turnaround time with due diligence
SEZ / EOU documentations
Finding opportunities for executing annual rate contracts
Coordination with cross function team for licensing requirements for restricted materials
Intensive follow-up with vendors for prompt deliveries
Achieve the delivery TAT as per schedule
Complying with Safety and Regulatory requirements
Trouble shooting and influencing with the team
Follow-up with finance for payments to the vendors
Bringing Good Practices and Striving for continual improvements
