Job Description:
- Planning and coordination of quality improvement activities and skill development
- Understand concern areas reported in trial stages and identify areas of inspection (thru 3D Scanning like ATOS/FARO scanners)
- Conduct regular meeting with PE teams based on 3D Scanning Analysis report
- Coordinate with various departments for discussions and issues resolutions (CFT Formation)
- Track Accuracy and Quality issues during New Model Development
- Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within time frame
- Shop-support to resolve running production quality issues
Competencies / Skills:
- Ability to perform and understand quality measurements (Panel Checker/Body Checker/CMM/3D Scanning)
- Ability to analyze quality measurement reports and suggest countermeasures.
- Detailed understanding of QC Tools.
- Basic understanding of Vehicle Plant operations
- Detailed understanding of Weld Shop Operations (Process, Jig Planning, Body Accuracy, and corrections Concepts)
- New Model Trial – Quality Improvement activities
- Good Communication & presentation skills, Networking Skills, Creativity, Learnability, and a team player.

- Coordinate with various Departments for issues resolutions
Competencies / Skills:
- Basic Knowhow of Vehicle plant Operations

Job Role: New Model Coordination (Vehicle electronics defect control & Management)
Job Level: AM/DM
Education Details: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Production/Mechanical)
Exp. – 3 to 6 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of Vehicle electricals & electronics-related activities.
- Recording, analyzing, and troubleshooting for DTC issues during new model development trials
- Coordination with plant for operator skill up/ process improvement for DTC issues reduction
- The communication link between Production and QA/Engineering for quick sharing and resolution of issues
- Identifying/Simulating and reporting of DTC issues in new model trials
- Support for PE/Production for implementation of new vehicle technologies
Competencies / Skills:
- Know-how of Vehicle Inspection processes
- Able to understand electronic components (Controllers, Sensors, DTCs, etc) and perform basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating VCD, SDT, multimeter, etc.
- Able to drive and operate vehicles under different conditions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and good coordination skills.
