Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Interact with cross-divisional team and drive projects for positive delivery as per specified timelines
- Responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously Project documentation
- Responsible for resolving bottlenecks in Projects by laising with respective stake holders
- Plan & Managing(Monitoring) Vehicle Program deliverables as per Mahindra New Product development process
- Responsible for developing IT enabled PMO (For Ex: Engineering release online, Engineering dashboards etc)
- Laise with Business excellence team to develop / update new product development system
- Commerical awareness on how to drive in developing a business case for new programs
- Responsible for organzing Stage gate reviews in coordination with project quality planning department
- Team building and Traning coordination for PMO
Experience – 2 to 4 years
Industry Preferred – Automotive OEM, Automotive Tier 1 supplier(Ex: Valeo, Bosch, Visteon)
Qualifications
- B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Production)
General Requirements
- Hands on skills in MS Project
- Experience in Product life cycle management
- Basic level of design experience (not mandate)
- Knowledge on financial work outs like IRR, Payback etc.
