- Problem-solving through 8D, QC tools, etc
- Shift activity handling
Experience – 4 to 5 years

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- To ensure daily production as per the plan.
- To ensure zero holds up at the end of the line with timely resolution of the quality issues.
- Fast & effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality, and other aggregates.
- Monitoring and closure of all the IR-related issues on the line with the coordination with concerned agencies.
- New model, PPAP & ER implementation on tractor line with proper documentation i.e. SOP Manifest and OJT.
- To ensure the DWM of the respective shift including all PQCDSM parameters and timely action on the issues.
- To achieve the targets of Akraman i.e. cost-saving, OIT, CIT, QC story.
- Timely resolution of the issues related to Stockyard, Gate Audit, DPR, Card RPH, and line stoppage.
- Understanding of requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM & AFSM to face the audits.
- Monitoring and reduction in consumables and store items used online.
- Timely closure of line balancing issues with IEE.
- Actively participate in innovation drive and ensure maximum innovation projects from the department in A+, A & B category.
- Training and development of cell members in line with the requirement of the organization.
Experience – 6 to 8 years of domain experience

Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible for managing Supply Chain of Contract Manufacturers and Spares for contract manufacturing & traded implements
- Responsible for SCM process from end to end (planning, scheduling, delivery, stockyard management)
- Co-ordination with Tier-2 to debottleneck supplies, payments & quality issues for Contract Manufacturing Locations
- Design, Review & successful implementation of In-house logistics and outbound logistics. Thorough knowledge of legal contract & strategic logistics planning.
- Capacity planning of products & Spares w.r.t orders and initiate measures to meet demand fluctuations
- Execute spares planning w.r.t season and supplier capacities and fullfill spare orders within the stipulated time to meet fill rate targets
- Consolidate standard parts requirement & Source standard spares directly from manufacturers to achieve cost reductions and reduce lead times.
- To lead daily operations meetings & review plan Vs. actual, gaps, and mitigation plan.
- To co-ordinate with Engineering /Sales/Quality departments for smooth functioning
- Knowledge of FIFO, Warehouse Management, etc
Experience – 8 -10 Years
Industry Preferred – Agri Machinery / Automotive
