Job description

• Ensure previous stages are closed in ERP / Router.
• Verify the part identification and part quantities as per Router.
• Manual solvent cleaning / Vapor decreasing process carried out as per control plan.
• Fixturing the part as per control plan and racking sketch.
• Pre – cleaning Process done as per control plan.
• Heat treatment and Surface treatment Process done as per control plan.
• Conducting chemical milling process.
• Move the part to next operation as per router.
• Confirmation of Process Operation sheet.
• Achieve the Production Target Daily Plan Vs Actual.
• Ensure Work center Cleanliness.
• Metallics Manufacturing Technologies.
• Knowledge Technical – Chemical Processes – Heat Treatment.
• Knowledge Technical – Furnace Equipments.
• Planning & Organizing Work.

Education – Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical
