Job description
Qualification: 10th Pass and ITI in fitter trade
- Must have experience in a modern dry process cement plant and adequate knowledge of maintenance of cement plant equipments.
- Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years work experience in Mechanical Fitter (Ball mill/Kiln, compressors, pumps, bucket elevators)
- Will be responsible for taking rounds of the whole plant , checking all running equipments, carrying out corrective maintenance, attending break-down maintenance work, executing, etc.
- Should be able to work in Shift and write Shift Reports.
- Knowledge about drive alignment, bearings replacement and machine maintenance.
- Daily inspection and lubrication of all machines as per schedule.
- Minimum computer knowledge (MS Office ,mails checking)
- Should have knowledge on safe working practices.
