Job description

• Support in the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost, and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will partner with materials management, quality, and engineering team to resolve various problems in shop floor. You will support in the liaison between the supervisor and shop floor temps Manufacturing. You will Support supervisor to achieve cell performance
• Receive material from stores – ensure quantity and correctness of material.
• Able to distinguish between Acceptable & Not acceptable products & process & work in reference to the reaction plan.
• Troubleshooting issues.
• Daily cell production management.
• Support in Daily production planning
• Support in Rapid problem solving
• We need to abide by the quality requirements & achieve the production targets on a daily basis.
• Carry out mechanical assembly of Kits/Accessories, & Testing activities as per SOS.
• Carry out the primary packing of products as required.
• Assist in material Loading, handling, and movement.
• Carry out daily equipment & process checks as per SOS.
• Assist in day to day production planning.
• Assist in Automated Machine operations & minor maintenance.
• Assist in Machine settings & change over.
• Comply with Honeywell norms- HSE,5S, Manners & Behaviors in the facility
• Interaction with CFT like production, quality, maintenance, HSE, Housekeeping & stores team
• Develop Multiskilling from operation to operation.
• Shift working – working in shifts. Lead & supervise teams to make our products as per standard requirements.
• Work on Excel & SAP as per requirements if any. (Training & coaching will be provided.)

Qualification & requirements

• Skilled worker: ITI- electrical/mechanical/electronics with or experience of min. 2 to 3+ years in similar areas of Electromechanically part assemblies. Or Diploma- electrical/mechanical/electronics ( will be preferred) with min 2+ years’ experience.
• Knowledge required-Electro mechanical assemblies; Process improvements, RCA & Kaizens, knowledge on S&C or similar products manufactured at Pune. Multiskilled & hands-on knowledge
• Candidates to work under as per instruction given by Honeywell supervisor
• Candidates to follow all Honeywell policies as & when informed & made aware of.
• Ensuring to use proper PPE like Helmet, glasses, gloves, safety shoes as & when required as per Honeywell HSE policies.
• Ensuring to maintains 5S and handles material properly so that no material gets damaged.
• Participating in activity assigning meeting with Honeywell supervisor.
• Candidate preferred with Honeywell’s experience.
• Knowledge of Machine settings & changeover settings is required
• Need to work in Shifts.
• Knowledge of PPE requirements & safety standards.
• Knowledge of Productivity (Work output & Output per shift), Workflow understanding,
• Good team player
• Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results
• Good communication skills.
