Electrical / Electronic testing fixtures
Sub assembly and Assembly of Products – Mechanical, Hydraulic, Wiring
Testing of Products – Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical / Electronics / Software testing, Preparation of Test reports and Component traceability reports.
Packing of Products – Important Hygiene factors – Cleanliness Need to clean by self, the entire area under his / her operation, Sincerity Integrity, Punctuality To be at work place 10 mins before the office timings, Flexibility Sharing others work when less load.
Efficiency – Measure time required for one sub assembly note it, Hourly Daily monitors the assemblies done its reporting, Working at 100% efficiency, Think alternative to reduce the time per assembly how to increase the no of assemblies to be done in a shift.
Multi Skilling Learning related other work areas, to help flexibility efficiency.
Communication – Need to be highly communicative.
