Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production target in all three Shifts
• To control & monitor overall production activities as per management objectives.
• To be increased the current productivity through process implementation (Kaizen activities) as a department target.
• To meet on-time delivery commitment without compromise on quality (As per management expectation)
• Make ensure to maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor through 5S activities.- Monitoring each product man-hours calculation
• Monitoring daily PPE usages on the shop floor for safety- Monitoring daily RM wastages and controlling the scrap.
• In-process rejection & FG rejection must be controlled as per department objectives.
• Make ensure to get consistent productivity as per department target.
• Daily Finish goods handing over to dispatch.
• Hourly-based production monitoring. 
• Participate in Lean/ TPM/ Kaizen/ 5s initiative & implement the process with the help of Production Supervisor
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as per policy on the shop floor.

Desired Candidate Profile –

• Position: Associate Trainee. (On Roll)
• Training Period: Two Years.
• Other Benefits: Transport & Canteen as per company’s norms. 
• Location: Wagholi, Pune.  Qualification = Diploma-Full Time (2019/2020/21 Pass-out candidates) from MSBTE/other reputed universities/AICTE Approved College.
• Diploma Specialization / Branch = Electronics / E & TC / Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Plastic Molding only. (BE/B. Tech – appeared/completed Candidates are not allowed)
• ITI Electronics / Electrical / Fitter etc. (2019/2020/21 Pass-out candidates)
• BSC, Bcom, BA (2019/2020/21 Pass-out candidates)
• Experience = Fresher or candidates with experience up to Max. 2 years in manufacturing functions are preferred
• Gender/Age = Male candidates within age limits of 18 to 24 Years as of 18th March 2021

• Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development.
• Design and Development of plastic and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support.
• Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing.
• Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis by
• Mechanical Design Calculations.
• Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension
• Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

• Having knowledge of 3D software (Catia V25/Solid works)
• 3D software Module Knowledge: Surfacing/Solid Modeling/Sheet Metal
• Knowledge of DFMEA & GD&T
• Knowledge of W/H, Rubber & Plastic Parts
• Having experience in component Manufacturing
• Working experience in the automobile industry
