- Performs Maintenance Management by supervising Maintenance personnel
- Maintains Manufacturing assets & facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals.
- Preventive & predictive maintenance
- Ensuring the safety of personnel
- Managing, maintaining, establishing maintenance procedures for production lines
- Develop associate and supervisor skills by conducting training meetings and monitoring performance reviews
- Sound knowledge of DG Sets, Compressor, ETP, STP, Electrical Panels, Fire System, etc.
- Skilled in applying various methods for controlling high Electric consumption
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
