- Overall responsibility of CPD Quality Dept. Experience in Domestic & Agriculture Pump’s Quality assurance function. Good product & process knowledge. Knowledge of product testing & validation ( Preferably Pumps, fans & Motors, etc. ) Good analytical skills. Able to handle a team of 3-5 members. Coordination with Sourcing, Vendors, Divisional / Regional sales & service team. Six sigma & machining knowledge will be an added advantage. Traveling will be part of the job.
