Job description
- Supervise and coordinate the individual team members
- Develop the team’s competences
- Support the Siting Engineers in the Global Siting Center by providing high quality, timely and efficient: Loads support; CFD support; Hybrid support / Solar Siting Assessment
- Loads support for ISM / Site Specific Design Assessment (SSDA)
- Good people management skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to work in a global organization
- Ability to motivate others
- English fluency (oral and written) is necessary
Qualifications
- Must have people management experience
- Experience with loads, CFD and Hybrid analyses/support (Preferably)
- Experience in Siting domain (Preferably)
- Engineering Degree Mechanical (Preferably)
