Job description

On-time execution of new component qualifications using the PPAP process for global suppliers
Develop positive relationships and work closely with Sourcing Leaders, Global quality team and engineering team to execute projects, manage and implement supplier/engineering changes, New Product Introductions, etc
Liaise with supplier for securing PPAP documents within the agreed timeframe, registering in database & secure PPAP order placement
Ensure PPAP are mature/correct & Collect Fit Form Function-test report confirming factory acceptance / site feedback
Visit supplier/conduct FAI if needed (to be aligned with supplier responsible)
Sign-off PSWs once requirements are fulfilled
New Supplier Evaluation/onboarding: Rigorously execute the supplier evaluation process including quality & compliance audits

Full-time Bachelors’ in Mechanical
Around 8 – 10 years’ experience of parts qualification (PPAP) with wind energy/ tower suppliers
Professional investigative and problem-solving skills, results-oriented
Professional communication skills, good teamwork
Leadership and experience for supplier quality
Engineering skills (drawing interpretation, GD & T)
Good knowledge of analysis tools (Assessments, FMEA, SPC, MSA, NCR, 8D handling)
Lead Auditor on QMS Background on integrated management systems
Exposure to PPAP management database
Ready to travel on need basis
Willing to work in shifts
