Aerodynamic & Mechanical > Blades Module > Blades Lifecycle Management

Blades Life Cycle Management Department within Blades Module is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of product lifecycle commitments. Improve efficient and timely ECR handling across the module. Develop and maintain +2 years line of sight of cost-effectiveness models for Blades module. Be one point of contact for life cycle support to the full value chain. Develop efficient, cost-effective, and safe cost-effective idea-generation processes that follow Vesta’s way-to-market process. Improve timely response to ISM and RNSPs

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering No-standard Product requirement (ISM), Engineering Change Management (ECM), and Bill of Material (BOM) which can be robustly manufactured
• Also, take part in the cost initiative for Blade Module and mainly worked as part of multi-functional project teams across the value chain
• Design of Blade and understanding of BOM
• Responsible for supporting TL for Blade ISM
• Deliver feasibility of ISM and BOM for non-standard Blade BOM
• Creating engineering Change requests and changes via the Engineering Change Management system – ECM (PDMLink – Windchill)
• Integral Part of Life Cycle Management to ensure support for the entire life span of the Turbine
• Responsible for Change Owner (CAI) and Change Execution (CAII)

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Allied
• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in ECM & BOM process
• Solid Practical knowledge in CAD and PLM (Windchill)
• Experience with high skill in Pro-E
• Practical hands-on experience in handling BOM
• Understanding and experience in composite material manufacturing processes is highly desirable
• Sound knowledge in GD&T
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Python is an added advantage
