Varun Beverages Ltd. seeks an Executive for its Production department to oversee and manage a beverage bottling line, ensuring efficient operations and meeting production goals.

The Executive – Production (Line Supervisor) will play a crucial role in our company’s operations. They will be responsible for the daily management of our beverage bottling line, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to our production process, as it involves optimizing machine performance, reducing waste, and effectively leading the shop-floor team to meet production targets.

• Oversee the daily operations of the beverage bottling line, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Implement strategies to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and control waste generation, implementing waste reduction initiatives.
• Manage and motivate the shop-floor workforce, providing effective leadership and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to set and achieve production targets.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain and update production records, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues on the bottling line.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and goals.

• A B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of production processes and machinery, especially in the beverage industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, to support production needs.
