Department : QUALITY

• Experience : 3 to 5 years
• Education : BE (Mechanical)
• Location : J524 MIDC Bhosari PUNE 26

Role and Responsible

• Planning & Monitoring

• Daily work management – incoming inspection, in-process inspection
• Maintaining standard inspection procedures & documentation for the same
• Checking availability of measuring instruments.

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Preparing & Analyzing Rework & Rejection data, ensuring root cause analysis with corrective & preventive actions completion.

3. Supplier Quality Development

• Vendor Visits | Audits | Quality Failure | Analysis
• Controlling outsourced surface treatment processes (ensuring thorough inspection)

4. PDI accuracy and capturing all quality data before dispatch.
Candidate Preferred

• Should have hands on experience in managing quality / technical aspects within manufacturing & engineering scope.
• Should have hands on experience on quality control standards, 7QC tools & Total Quality Management (TQM).
• WILL HAVE ADDED ADVANTAGE:-
  Basic knowledge of electrical components and it’s basics such as drives, sensors, servo motors, AC & DC motors, transformer, pressure transmitters, etc.
• Basic knowledge of adhesive, sealant, polyurethane materials and application.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, cylinders, DCV, FCV, PRV, NRV, Actuators its working principle and application.
