Position Description: To design suspension and steering systems meeting QCD targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate a suspension system that satisfies the necessary performance, cost, and standard requirements.
- to do design calculations to determine the best suspension system for a specific vehicle layout while adhering to vehicle platform limitations.
- capable of conducting and preparing DFMEA and DVP for the component and subsystem
- Excellent software expertise and CATIA/ProE proficiency
- Should be able to properly comprehend and use FEA, CFD, and MBD technologies to enhance the designs.
- able to prepare concepts, the decision matrix, and competition analysis
- Create and publish blueprints that adhere to quality requirements.
- It will be advantageous if you can ride a two-wheeler to help with suspension development.
Educational qualifications preferred
