Job description
Position Summary
Tender Executives has to provide a support to marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders. They will be involved in preparing all the tender documents and submission of these documents in the stipulated time period
Responsibility and Authority
- Preparation of Tenders documents for multiple international customers
- Tender Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
- Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/ Technical/ Commercial) in the ONLINE/OFFLINE Platform.
- Liaison with Govt. Department for Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal
- Prepare Proposal (Technical & Commercial) as per RFT requirements.
- Coordination with other department for inputs
- Prepare EOI (expression of interest) & prepare PQ (Pre-qualification)
- Pre-bid and Post bid clarification
- Prepare experience list
- Arrange CVs as per qualification requirements
- Arranging information on leads
- Data entry in the softwares
- New tender search on various online portals enlisted with company
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical from a reputed and recognized university
- Should have min. 5 years of experience in Tender and bidding into Oil and Gas domain
- Should have overseas the working experience
