Job Description:
The selected consultant will be required to support for:
- To support in preparation of layout and CAD packaging of brake aggregates.
- Prepare brake pipe routings and resolve packaging issues with interface parts.
- To support drawing preparation and releases as per the project timeline.
- To support proto-build, Resolving Line issues by interacting with all stakeholders.
- To evaluate the Design concepts for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly feasibility (DFA), and Serviceability (DFS).
- To support DFMEA and DVP preparation for the brake system and aggregate.
- To support drawing and BOM release as per the project timeline.
- To ensure BOM and Drawing quality
- To ensure the resolution of all packaging issues by interacting with all stakeholders
Skills
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Must have: Good Knowledge of GD&T required.
- Basic Knowledge of brake system aggregates is required for CAD and drawing preparation
- Preferred to have: Good communications
