Job Description:

The selected consultant will be required to support for:

To support in preparation of layout and CAD packaging of brake aggregates.
Prepare brake pipe routings and resolve packaging issues with interface parts.
To support drawing preparation and releases as per the project timeline.
To support proto-build, Resolving Line issues by interacting with all stakeholders.
To evaluate the Design concepts for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly feasibility (DFA), and Serviceability (DFS).
To support DFMEA and DVP preparation for the brake system and aggregate.
To support drawing and BOM release as per the project timeline.
To ensure BOM and Drawing quality
To ensure the resolution of all packaging issues by interacting with all stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

Must have: Good Knowledge of GD&T required.
Basic Knowledge of brake system aggregates is required for CAD and drawing preparation
Preferred to have: Good communications
