Job Description – The selected candidate will be responsible for :
- Brake system design.
- 3D modelling , 2D drawings & aggregate packaging in PTC Creo.
- To Conceptualise & prepare design pro posals.
- To Prepare Bill Of Material in PLM.
- To Conduct design reviews & complete DFMEA, DFA, DFM & DFS signoff activity.
- To Release the complete design group in PLM.
- To Coordination for prototype build and support.
- To Adhere release timelines.
- Project documentation for design reviews.
- To release activity in PLM.
- To Interact with suppliers for component development.
- Attend DMU review with the vehicle integration & production teams.
- To interact with various team for design optimization.
- Should be ready to work in Shifts.
- Preferred Skills & Knowledge – Expert in Pro-e
- Preferred – Knowledge of PLM
- Desirable skills – Piping and experience in Automotive OEM LCV/HCV will be added advantage. Well-versed in the mechanical design of components & knowledge of automotive systems. Knowledge of release process in PLM.
