Job Role:
- Ensuring plant equipment availability by executing scheduled maintenance and calibration as per plan and laid down procedures and practices.
- Completion of campaign and Modifications within budget and targeted timeline as per schedule.
- EHS compliance in line with organizational policy and ensuring zero safety-related incidents and deviations.
- Hands-on experience on equipment like mechanical seals, valves, pumps, filters, ejectors, gearbox, reactors, blowers, centrifuge, distillation column, heat exchanger, scrubber.
- Hands-on experience of Analysers, types of Analysers i.e PH, Conductivity, and Detectors.
- Responsible for breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan.
- Encourage and implement Kaizens & 5S in the plant.
- Awareness of TQM and IMS activities in line with organizational requirements.
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) – 4 Years Full-Time Course-with an aggregate of 60% and above.
- Experience: 4-7 Years in Chemical Industry.
