Job description
- For our Value Engineering team in the Offshore Sales & Project Engineering organization, we are looking for an ideal candidate to drive cost-out activities from our Bangalore office.
- Value Engineering team is responsible for driving overall cost-out program, commercial business cases for our technology roadmap portfolio, productivity improvement automation projects and other strategic topics. Your role will be to ensure our cost-out activities are on track with regards to target achievement, timeliness and budget.
- Drive cross-functional cost-out initiatives to support SGRE Offshore Engineering cost-out program
- Be the anchor for all cost-out / value engineering activities for SGRE Offshore India Engineering site
- Conduct workshops, drive idea generation to realization of cost reduction lifecycle
- Support the department based in Europe with key strategic as well as ad-hoc initiatives
- Drive communication and learnings of cost-out program for India site
Qualifications
- BTech/ BE in Electrical, Production/Industrial, Mechanical, Civil
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, International Business, Marketing
