Your profile

• This role supports and is assigned on Customer Order Execution and Bid Phase projects. In the assigned project team, this role is responsible for executing a client order and sales support in case of special designs and/or special customer requirements. Thisrole designs integrate, specifies, analyzes, and calculates individual compressor components in consideration of the overall train scope to optimize cost and performance efficiency. Specific overview of responsibilities as follows:
• Client specification review related to the compressor, resolve the queries if any and ensure compliance.
• Define product design requirements in accordance with contractual and industry guidelines.
• Lead medium to large engineering projects and design reviews for complex mechanical systems to ensure equipment reliability while managing cost and operational effectiveness
• Develop and / or check engineering prints and bills of material for project manufacturing readiness
• Creates solid model assemblies using NX for conceptual review and ANSI analysis in support of new product development cycles
• Conduct engineering study like compressor drive train torsional vibration analysis.
• Able to serve as a technical expert when meeting with clients and vendors
• Is responsible for coaching and developing other employees by establishing best practices that incorporate equipment reliability, design efficiencies, and product cost-out improvements
• Provides engineering support to bid management, Manufacturing, Supply chain management, and services.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors of Science in mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Technical proficiency in 3D modeling design software
• Required Experience andSkills
• 0-10 years of related experience in Reciprocating Compressor design and manufacturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Insight, interest, and working knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and familiarity with reciprocating compressors within this industry
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
