Meeting company#s objective of safely achieving production targets by making availability of equipment#s to Plant Operations, Trouble-shooting & rectification equipment related problems in round the clock shifts.

Job Accountabilities

1. Shift Jobs Management 
   1. Plan and execute the maintenance jobs arising during round the clock shifts.
   2. Carry out the plant rounds during shifts and communicate the findings to General shift maintenance engineer.
   3. Carry out maintenance jobs as per PM schedules.
   4. Identify potential hazards & participate in job safety analysis, HITRA.
   5. Conduct tool box talks
   6. Follow up with process engineers for releasing of permits and organize permits for planned maintenance job to be performed by general shift.
   7. Communicate the plant emergencies / failures in silent hours to senior persons and follow the instructions for corrective actions/ preparations for the activity to be taken up by general shift.
   8. Execute the special assignments /tasks given to him by Maintenance In- charge
   9. Carrying LLF checks , recording the observations and undertake rectification.
   10. Supervise the maintenance works for quality, guidance and safe execution of works.
   11. Co ordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure reliable operations.
2. Documentation Maintain jobs history in SAP ; Generate shift report and communicate the job status to shit manager clearly 
3. HSE Compliance
   1. Adopt safe maintenance practices
   2. Conducting tool box talk
   3. Follow Permit to Work system
   4. Ensuring compliance of PPEs among contract personnel
   5. Maintain good housekeeping in his area of work

Education Requirement :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirement :

2 Years work experience out of which at least  one year  on Mechanical  systems in petrochemical / refinery or similar plants

Skills & Competencies :

• Knowledge of plant Equipment ; SAP PM/MM  Module
• Effective Communication.

FRAUD ALERT!

Our attention has been drawn to the fact that certain persons masquerading as officials of Reliance Industries Limited or our Group Companies are making business proposals to companies and individuals in several countries using fake email IDs ending with “@ril.vc” and “@ril.sg”. These business proposals are in respect of raising funds, proposed mergers and acquisitions and jobs at higher management level.
These proposals are completely fraudulent and have nothing whatsoever to do with us.
Some of the fake email IDs fraudulently used to make these proposals are the following:

Our officers’ signatures have been forged on several Letters and Agreements.
Reliance Industries Limited and Reliance Group of Companies only use email IDs ending with “@ril.com”. Email ID ending with “@ril.vc” or “@ril.sg” is never used by us or our Group of Companies.

A criminal complaint was filed by our Group Company on 23rd September, 2019 against one Ravi Navlani who was found to be using fake email IDs ending with “@ril.vc”. These criminal proceedings are continuing.

We have lodged criminal complaints with Mumbai Police (Cyber Cell) on 14th April, 2020 and 23rd April, 2020 when we noticed further use of fake email IDs to address communications to companies and individuals purporting to represent that these are from Reliance Industries Limited or our Group Companies. Investigation by Cyber Cell of Mumbai Police is in progress.

Please do not enter into any correspondence or transactions of any nature whatsoever on the basis of a communication received by you from any email ID except “@ril.com”. Such correspondence or transaction will not bind us or our Group Companies in any manner whatsoever.
