- Ability to understand the customer needs and meets their requirements.
- Customer Audit document maintaining and Preparing
- Manpower Handling & Training
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in IATF16949 Quality System requirements.
- Good knowledge on Manufacturing process (Casting, Machining, Sheet metal Forming, Forging, Plastics, Electrical)
- Strong knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- Strong knowledge on Customer specific requirements.
Education- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical

- Proven track records on quality improvements
- Root cause analysis for Customer complaint & Action taken
- Manpower handling ( Should have managed team of quality inspectors)
- Rejection reduction
- Handling Customer Audit
- Understand and apply the statistical tools
Desired Candidate Profile
