Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calibration of Gauges & Instruments.
- Design of Gauges.
- MSA study.
- PPAP.
- Knowledge & application of CMM is must.
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Knowledge on SPC.
- Knowledge of ISO/ IATF.
- Autocad.

- 4 – 8 years of experience in Engineering Industry.

Position – Deputy Manager Quality Assurance

Exp. – 8 to 13 year(s) of Experience
Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai, Coimbatore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling – OEM is must.
- Knowledge on PPAP, SPC, APQP.
- Ensure Products as per specification
- Reduce PDI PPM
- Conduct Process audit, Product Audit & layout Audit.
- Knowledge on ISO / IATF is must.
- Knowledge on calibration.
- Effective closure of customer line rejections
- Ensure Poke Yoke Function
- Reduce incoming rejection.
- Problem solving techniques (7 QC tools, 8D & DOE).
- Supplier Quality improvement.
- Warranty Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE – Mechanical with 8 to 12 years of experience in Automobile Industry.
- Handling OEM’s.
