Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in Assembly processes & Automations
- Plan, design and implementation of poka-yokes (mistake proof) in assembly process
- Fixture designing, assembly tools designing and development
- Knowledge in Hydraulics
- Knowledge in design of Layouts
- Able to work in Autocad & Solidworks
- Knowledge in SPC & Process capability studies
- Working experience for New product development (APQP), and FMEA
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification : BE Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Lead the MED team and coordinating with other departments. Coordinating and Working with JV partner and establish the Assembly process ontime smoothly.
- Knowledge on SPM procurement, Budget estimations
- Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
- Knowledge on IATF, APQP, MNC requirements.
- Coordinating the team working on assembly line design and process establishment, developing and handling vendors, coordinate with other departments and representatives from JV partner.
- Candidates with experience in Export oriented Auto ancillary should get preference.
