Position – Project Engineer

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assign responsibilities and mentor team members
- Prepare and coordinate the assigned engineering projects
- Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status with project manager
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies and specifications
- Maintain quality & on-time delivery
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Should have hands-on experience in Engineering Design in Oil & Gas Domain
- Should have extensive experience in Plant Layout and Piping Engineering
- Should have extensive experience in P&ID, Plot Plan and Foundation drawings
- Experience in Technical document writing and bid document preparation
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Navis works etc.,
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- B.E degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
