Position: Inspection Engineer
Company: Renowned Metro Train Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities:
- Conducting 100% inspections of parts to ensure zero defects.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address any issues.
- Monitoring and following up on rework processes.
- Implementing containment actions to prevent defects from spreading.
- Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) using SAP system.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, and welding defects.
- Proficiency in handling measuring instruments.
- Ability to select appropriate measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Competence in root cause analysis.
