- In order to identify technical requirements and provide assistance with Crushing and Screening equipment in a customer-facing setting, Sales Engineers will collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales teams, important clients, and customers.
- Keep your product and application knowledge at a high level.
- To ensure that products live up to expectations, create technical specifications in accordance with client needs.
- Deliver pre and post-sales support by offering technical assistance and guidance as needed to clients and distributors.
- Listen to, comprehend, and communicate the needs of the consumer and perform technical/product training for sales, engineers, and clients on the job, in a classroom, or at trade shows.
- Complete any unique tasks as needed. Depending on the needs of the business or the client, may be transferred to other areas.
Skills required for Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating abilities
